Responsibilities:
- Automation developments within 3DExperience environment for productivity enhancement in order to help the designers and other end users to reduce or eliminate their repetitive tasks.
- Create custom solutions using applications like VBA, VB.NET, (knowledge of CAA is a bonus)
- Work closely on projects with end users and other developers on the team to achieve objectives.
- Report all activities on a daily basis to Team Lead & Management.
Qualifications:
- Design experience or familiarity of 3DX is preferred. But CATIA V5 design experience is also acceptable.
- 4-10 years doing CAD Automation projects in CATIA using applications like VBA, VB.NET and CAA.
- Experience working within 3DExperience and its various apps like Part Design, Sketcher, Assembly, GSD, Electrical design and drawing experience is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication capability. Ability to make good decisions and consult the team when needed.
- Coordinate with teams for day-to-day activities planning, Schedule review and quality review.
