About The Role

As an Account Development Representative (ADR) at Noyo, you will identify, research, prospect and create new qualified opportunities that align with Noyo’s value proposition of transforming data exchange across the insurance ecosystem. You’ll work collaboratively with Account Executives and Marketing to develop strategic account plans, generate a strong pipeline of deal flow from outbound prospecting and serve as a key contributor in developing Noyo’s outbound channels. You’ll add perseverance, organization and superior communication skills.

The ADR is a key ambassador for the company and often the first voice of Noyo to prospective customers. You have high integrity and strong personal drive to succeed. You can listen closely and learn quickly. You’re not afraid to challenge established ways of thinking. Most importantly, you can produce amazing work that helps Noyo standout as a technology leader.

What You'll Do

    • Use an Account-Based Sales Development framework to execute outreach campaigns. Sustain a high level of daily outreach activity using multiple channels (phone, email, social)
    • Grow our pipeline of qualified opportunities and build relationships by opening sales conversations with prospects who align to Noyo’s ideal customer profile. Be accountable to a monthly quota of new opportunities opened
    • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, while strategically partnering with Noyo Sales and Marketing teammates to create and run playbooks for winning prioritized accounts
    • Conduct research and synthesize information to create account plans and other materials that reflect a comprehensive understanding of Noyo’s customers’ needs and how Noyo delivers value
    • Identify best practices to enhance Noyo’s sales development playbook

What We Are Looking For

    • 2+ years of experience in a SDR or ADR role at an Enterprise SaaS company.
    • Proven ability to exceed lead targets.
    • Strong communication, research, and presentation skills.
    • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a comparable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
    • A big plus would be understanding of the group insurance and benefits administration space.
    • A strong desire to grow professionally and to build at an early-stage sales organization.

No Meeting Wednesdays - Wednesdays are used for deep work, so we try to avoid meetings being scheduled this day unless it's client sensitive.
Tech Stack - We primarily use Slack, Google Suite, and Notion.
Core Hours - To maintain our flexible, self-directed work schedules without leading people to feel they need to be constantly connected, we've implemented core meeting hours where cross-time zone meetings happen.
