Reporting to the Product Development Director/Product Development Manager, the Product Development Assistant/Associate will assist with product development duties for both Denim and RTW categories. You will be shared resource between two Product development leads.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Shipping packages out to vendors
    • Supports the development process by creating and distributing packages.
    • Helps monitor, track, and check in samples from Proto stage through SMS stage.
    • Assists the team to facilitate with day-to-day communication with the vendors.
    • Data entry supportin various Excel Charts.
    • Processing and Issuing of POs in netsuite
    • Thorough tracking of incoming samples and precise distribution to proper allocated channels.

Professional Skills, Experience & Attributes:

    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion preferred.
    • Have a sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks.
    • Detail-oriented and must have excellent follow through skills and be able to prioritize multiple projects.
    • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
    • Experience working with Netsuite WFX and figma a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft proficient
    • MUST be able to work in office  (no remote option)
    • Minimum 3 days  per week.
Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
