About the Role

As the Business Development Manager at Good Eggs, you'll be at the forefront of business development, forging strategic alliances and collaborations, and driving business growth. You won't just manage partnerships; you'll be architecting innovative business development strategies, fueling growth, and delivering tangible results. Your role is pivotal in realizing our vision for strategic alliances, from identifying and cultivating partnerships to fostering a culture of collaboration and revenue generation. In the dynamic landscape of business development, your entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative approach will transform our aspirations into concrete business outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new revenue streams, leveraging our own digital channels.
    • Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
    • Take ownership of partnership operations, ensuring efficient execution and cost-effective outcomes.
    • Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
    • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting and ROI management for partnership initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated partnership campaigns.
    • Analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual success.
    • Establish robust processes and frameworks to streamline partnership operations and maximize efficiency.
    • Champion a customer-centric approach to revenue development, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
    • Thrive in ambiguity and excel in problem-solving, leveraging creativity and resourcefulness to overcome challenges.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or investment banking, with a track record of driving results.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
    • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with the ability to assess partnership opportunities from a strategic and financial perspective.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and partnership development techniques.
    • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and e-commerce principles.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and growth.
    • Commitment to embodying a collaborative and customer-centric ethos.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
    • Proven track record of managing relationships with digital advertising platforms and vendors.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce principles and best practices.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and G Suite.

Working Conditions

    • Ability to work in an office setting, kitchen setting, and fulfillment center setting.
    • Ability to drive and deliver items.
    • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to work in both cold and hot environments.
$75,000 - $100,000 a year

The Good Eggs Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation based on market rates, evaluated  bi-annually. Our final offer is based on years of experience, length of time with title, and demonstrated impact while in previous roles, combined with our compensation philosophy.
