Makes outbound calls utilizing the lead database to re-engage with clients that have already been transferred to a Mortgage Specialist and then makes a live transfer back to the Mortgage Specialist in an effort to get the loan in the pipeline.  Occasionally may be calling on leads that have not spoken to a Mortgage Specialist, but are interested in financing their home.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls utilizing lead management software on existing leads and transferring live customers over to the Mortgage Specialist for further conversation
    • Communicate with Mortgage Specialist and log activity in lead management software
    • Utilize effective sales techniques to qualify leads and transfer to Sales

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

    • 1-2 years experience of proven sales prospecting experience
    • Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
    • Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
    • Team Player
    • Professional demeanor
Compensation: $24.04/hr + potential bonus opportunities
