The Senior Product Operations Manager will establish and lead the Product Ops function within our B2B division. This role will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Go-to-Market, and Operations teams, ensuring that strategies defined by Product and Business leadership are effectively executed in the market. The Senior Product Operations Manager will focus on operationalizing strategy, driving adoption, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and realizing the ROI of products delivered into the market. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Training to ensure each function is mobilized to make products successful in the hands of contractors, integrators, and contractors.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Translate product and business strategies into coordinated launch and adoption plans.
- Align Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success on launch readiness and execution.
- Ensure feedback loops are in place to track effectiveness and refine GTM execution
- Monitor adoption and utilization metrics post-launch to confirm business objectives are being met.
- Coordinate across functions to close gaps in training, awareness, or engagement.
- Ensure that every stakeholder group executes its part in maximizing ROI of delivered products.
- Serve as the hub for aligning Go-to-Market, Product, and Business strategies into clear operational plans.
- Partner with Product and Business leadership to ensure that strategic intent translates into measurable market impact.
- Act as the operational voice back into leadership, highlighting adoption challenges and opportunities for improved execution.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- 7+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related role within B2B SaaS, fintech, or marketplaces
- Proven success in operationalizing product and business strategies across go-to-market and Ops functions
- Strong expertise in adoption and channel enablement, with the ability to measure and drive ROI post-launch
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to align diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with comfort in tracking KPIs and surfacing insights
- Experience in fintech and lenders preferred, but not required
- Comfortable as a first hire, shaping the function in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
$150,000 - $205,000 a year
In addition to the above salary, this role may be eligible for a bonus.
