GoodRx is the hunt for a Lead Product designer who is looking to join a high impact mission driven Org. You will pay an integral part of helping us create products and solutions that will help people easily get the care and support they need. Lead Designers play a critical role at GoodRx, not only do they set the bar for craft the model the behaviors and outcomes we expect from all of our Product Designers.

What you'll be doing:

    • Collaborating deeply with Product and Engineering to craft thoughtful, and meaningful solutions to our customers problems. 
    • Building meaningful partnerships with Product and Engineering, ensuring all are aligned on who the customer is, the mission of the team, etc…
    • Creating end-to-end solutions based on roadmaps, customers needs, and so on.
    • Aid in the creation of compelling product vision, roadmaps, goals, OKR and so on. 
    • Working at various resolutions depending on the situation, from polished high resolution mockups, to quick sketches. 
    • Working closely with other designers in the organization to help facilitate critiques, stand up new processes, and support team culture.
    • Play a key part in helping to set / execute on the overall product vision for your team
    • Soliciting and providing feedback to your peers, be it with your team, across other verticals or to upper management

What you should have

    • 5-7 years of experience as a Product Designer on a high-paced product focused team
    • An excellent portfolio of work showcasing your skills in visual design, typography, and most importantly end-to-end solutions based on customer needs
    • Deep product design experience, we’re looking for seasoned product designers as opposed to web or UI designers looking to make a transition. 
    • Experience in a rapid paced, hypergrowth, dynamic work environment
    • The ability to present your work in ways that best convey your solutions i.e. wireframes, final designs, prototypes
    • Excellent communication, and presentation skills

Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Below are our salary ranges for this position based on office location:

San Francisco Office: $161,000 - $257,000
New York Office: $147,000 - $235,000
Santa Monica Office: $134,000 - $214,000
