We've been around since 2015 and at this moment we have over 1000+ paying customers including Stripe, Fjällräven, Rothys, Timbuk2, and Adoreme. We’ve raised $5.5m so far and we have recurring revenue growth of over 15% MoM.
We're looking for a talented and motivated Content Strategist to join us in our San Francisco offices.
As our Brand & Marketing Content Strategist , you’ll be working directly with the VP of Marketing to set the Brand & Content strategy, and you’ll be responsible for researching, shipping and analyzing the results of your work.

Your mission

    • Gather feedback from our customers to define our company’s brand positioning
    • Craft our differentiation strategy
    • Create delightful content for our market, and an equally powerful content distribution process.
    • Oversee & Brief our creative resources (internal & external) about marketing projects they’ll be working on (for example ebooks, email campaigns and advertising banners)
    • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
    • Create guidelines that define our company’s voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)
    • Design promotional campaigns for new products and markets

Your profile

    • You've already helped one or more B2B SaaS startups grow their customer based >3x YoY
    • Track record of building delightful and excellent content
    • You are hands on and roll up your sleeves.
    • Work experience as a Brand Strategist or similar role in Marketing
    • Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus
    • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
    • Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation
    • Data-driven thinking
    • Creativity
    • Communication and writing skills
