Velixo is an award-winning vendor of Excel-based reporting solutions for the Acumatica Cloud ERP and other ERPs. If you know Excel, you can do it! Velixo is headquartered in Montreal, but our team is spread out across the world.
As a Customer Success Manager for Velixo, you will be playing a key role in preserving and growing our worldwide market share. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills combined.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between sales and customer support to increase customer retention and drive customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solve and maintain relationships with adaptability, urgency, and positivity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Continued customer follow-up and interaction.
- Account Escalations: support or respond to any alters, red flags, or poor account health.
- Renewals: Customer renewals for continued annual recurring revenue.
- Meeting with existing partners to discuss how to increase market penetration.
- Manage account and opportunities with CRM and maximize customer retention with ongoing contact and license renewal management.
- Running webinars.
Requirements
- Strong organization and presentation skills.
- A propensity for relationship building.
- High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, cross-functional, and rapidly growing team.
- Past experience in a customer success management position is an asset. Past experience in a customer success management position an asset. New graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Industry or business domain knowledge an asset (ERP / accounting / Microsoft Excel).
- Accountability and personal organization are essential (this is a remote position)
