What your day-to-day will look like
- Functional design of solutions proposed to customers;
- Estimate small to medium-sized solutions;
- Carry out and document the needs analysis and the customer's business process;
- Design and implement solutions to meet customer business requirements;
- Configure applications based on the following technologies: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and Power BI;
- Support the customer in the acceptance and deployment phase;
- Develop unit and automated testing strategies;
- Monitor the progress of each solution;
- If necessary, lead in-house workshops and training sessions at customer sites;
- Participate in the improvement of analysis processes and methodologies;
- Collaborate with the project manager and the development and infrastructure team;
- Act as technological ambassador to the customer;
- Maintain a coaching position for the team of functional analysts;
- Keep up to date with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform technology and new features.
What you need for this position
- At least 5 to 7 years' experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform;
- Relevant experience as a functional architect;
- Good business vision;
- Consulting experience;
- Bilingualism (English/French, spoken and written).
