Gorilla Logic is looking for a Senior Product Designer. This is a unique highly analytical and creative role, requiring strong UX design experience in leading and delivering all design aspects of a usable software product, including field experiences where users work from mobile devices and apps. * Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, user maps, site maps, storyboards, sketches, prototypes, and other UX artifacts for our cloud-based applications

* Design interfaces that seamlessly integrate Procore capabilities within third-party software products, leveraging both their Design System patterns and the Procore Design system, to ensure cross-platform consistency

*Work as an embedded member of a cross-functional agile product development team, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Product Designers to create solutions and detailed design requirements, based on research, and aligned with the product vision

* Articulate design decisions to a variety of audiences and stakeholders

* Partner with in-house UX research experts to support generative research and usability tests with Procore users

* Leverage the patterns, content, and solutions created by our Design System, Content Strategy, UX Research, and DesignOps teams

* Bachelor’s or Master’s in graphic design, HCI, UX, a related area of study is

preferred, or equivalent work experience

* 5+ years of experience designing world-class B2B and/or SaaS products for technology companies

* Experience working with generative AI technologies and designing AI-driven interfaces is highly desirable

* A strong online portfolio with best-in-class work and inspiring projects that tackle interaction design problems

* Strong proficiency with leading design tools - Procore uses Figma

* Strong client-facing communication skills and experience communicating with a broad range of stakeholders

* Experience with leading discovery, validation, and user testing through varying methodologies in order to help teams make the right product and design decisions

* Advanced at articulating complex ideas, then documenting them (using appropriately chosen deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, prototypes, sitemaps, user flow, personas, and scenarios) to drive decisions

* Experience with mobile-first and responsive design

* Experience working directly with developers for implementation of designs

* Experience working with tripods on product teams (engineering and product leads) in order to help guide decisions and have a full understanding of the product

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges
