Studion, in partnership with one of the world’s premier consulting firms, is seeking a Principal-level consultant to lead a high-profile engagement with a Fortune 500 investment & asset management company. In this role, you will shape the learning vision and translate business goals into a coherent program strategy for an online training program for Financial Advisors (FAs)—a program that is highly engaging, performance-focused, and brand-reinforcing. You will guide cross-functional teams, including creative, learning design, and technology, to ensure alignment and high-quality outcomes while advising senior client sponsors on learning, performance enablement, and business impact. Acting as the strategic lead, you will drive executive-level alignment across all partner and client stakeholders, anticipate risks, navigate ambiguity, and ensure timely delivery with measurable results.
The Principal Consultant will have high visibility, strategic ownership, and influence across partner teams and executive stakeholders, shaping a flagship learning program that will be experienced by thousands of advisors.
Engagement Details
- Contract Duration: 12–15 weeks (excluding holidays).
- Start Date: November 3 or November 17, 2025.
- Weekly Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week, with flexibility to increase around key deliverables.
- Location: Remote, with light travel to client site.
- Project Goals: Lead the design and delivery of a strategic online learning program for Financial Advisors. Equip advisors to deepen knowledge of the client’s products and brand expertise. Enhance advisor performance and strengthen business impact. Support the client’s position as a trusted market leader in wealth management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead consultant (Principal) overseeing strategic design and delivery of the online training program.
- Represent the team and the project in client meetings with senior sponsors and cross functional stakeholders.
- Work closely with our partner and Studion teams to define objectives, scope, and success measures.
- Advise senior client sponsors on learning strategy, design, and performance impactGuide discovery, synthesis, and concept development phases to ensure alignment with brand, learning, and business goals.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration between creative, learning design, and technology teams.
- Manage client relationships and communications at the executive levelAnticipate risks, navigate ambiguity, and drive clarity and decision-making across partners.
- Ensure project excellence, on-time delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in management consulting, with Principal or higher-level experience.
- Education: MBA preferred.
- Design & Presentation: Expertise in thinking expertise with excellent deck building and presentation skills.
- Industry Expertise: Strong background in Learning and product education, Financial Services / Wealth Management, ideally with exposure to advisor enablement.
- Learning Expertise: Experience in online learning design, digital training programs, or performance enablement initiatives preferred.
- Leadership: Skilled at guiding multi-partner teams, facilitating executive discussions, and managing high-profile client engagements.
- Strategic Thinking: Able to translate business goals into actionable learning strategies and compelling experiences.
- Communication: Confident communicator who brings clarity, credibility, and influence at the senior level.
- Flexibility: Able to dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week (spread across the entire week to accommodate client schedules), with the ability to flex up during key delivery windows.
