We are looking for a talented HR cum. People Ops Lead to help enhance our team productivity, empower Got It-ians’ personal development growth, and create the best working environment for them to thrive. The Core Job
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, train, and retain the best talents.
- Design and execute strategy on how our team onboards, develops and motivates employees.
- Enhance Got It-ians working environment and team productivity through process improvement, training & workshop planning, as well as benefit & welfare programs.
- Propose creative employee engagement initiatives and provide concrete internal policy recommendations based on thorough insights and reliable data.
- Coordinate with the People Operations team members to promote our company’s culture and improve our company’s employer branding activities.
- Work closely with other Leads to develop and implement a Personal Development program for the team.
- Work closely with the Administration and Finance team.
You Should Have
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment and HR in the Tech Industry.
- Experience in leading and managing a small team.
- Impressive problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with people in a highly multicultural environment.
- Ability to deal well with changes in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources Management, Business Management, etc.
