Customer Love Representative

GotIt! is looking for a student love representative to shape the foundation for how we respond, handle and put smiles on the faces of our global community of students.
In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to influence our student retention, delight our users, and work across all parts of the GotIt! team!
THE CORE JOB:
- Serve on the frontlines with our users as voice of GotIt! through email tickets and other user feedback channels
- Collaborate with the GotIt! Operations team to translate key customer service feedback insights into product enhancements and student delight programs
- Continually drive customer support process initiatives to optimize our student love program on an on-going basis
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service role within a technology company
- Advanced level familiarity with the Zendesk platform, including queue management, macro creation, and reporting tools
- BA/BS degree with hands-on experience working with CRM systems
- Hustler personality that can operate independently without constant supervision
- Empathetic, thoughtful, and concise writing style
- Ability to audit high school level Math and Science questions
EXTRA BONUS POINTS FOR:
- Experience working with students aged 14 - 20
- Deep passion for education, with any previous teaching experience
- College level coursework in calculus, chemistry, or physics
- Demonstrated passion for writing with a flair for creativity
- Experience with Excel and miscellaneous reporting tools
- Social Media management or marketing experience
