Got It AI is a leading innovator in Conversational AI for online commerce, banking and technology companies. We are entering our GTM phase with several customers and a completely new and innovative approach to Conversational AI based on automatically creating conversational bots based on existing knowledge bases, chat, or ticketing/email, plus a freemium, product led growth strategy. Our product has been built entirely on Transformers based NLP engines open sourced since 2018 by Google and Open Ai versus others using older technology stacks.

We are financed by Capricorn (investors in Tesla, SpaceX), YouWeb Incubator and Peter Relan (first investor in Discord)  and super angels from Microsoft, Oracle, RingCentral, Silver Lake, Network Appliance and Yahoo. Our leadership team hails from world class organizations including Amazon Alexa, Microsoft, GREE/Openfeint and Oracle.

The Core Job
As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for setting product requirements to meet business and strategic objectives. You’ll do things like:
* Establish product requirements and roadmap through engagement with customers,  the executive team, sales/CX, marketing, R&D, design, and engineering teams
* Cross-functionally lead a diverse, global product and engineering team to ship a complex, advanced NLP product
* Work alongside sales and business development on strategic relationships with strategic distribution partners
* Coordinate and lead work streams across product, R&D, and solutions

You Should Have
* 8+ years of experience in product management for complex, end user-facing products, with at least 2+ years in shipping B2B SaaS products, preferably to mid-market customers
* Experience with freemium business models
* An analytical and metrics driven work style
* An ability to work well with designers, engineers, R&D staff, solutions engineers and data scientists
* Proven experience thriving in a global work environment and with a global team
* Self­ motivated, detail oriented, responsible and timely team­ player with outstanding written, verbal, presentation and collaboration skills
