THE OPPORTUNITY

GR0 is searching for a part-time experienced Personal Assistant for our Co-Founder and President, Jon Zacharias. This person will empower him to continue his highly successful work rate. This Personal Assistant should anticipate and prioritize the needs of the President removing unnecessary tasks, minimizing distractions, and ensuring his schedule runs smoothly.

The best candidate has a professional demeanor and confidently represents the President and GR0. As the PA, you will have a 24/7 mindset, see value in constructive feedback, and be highly adept at juggling multiple objectives and deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and available.
    • Coordinate office repairs and maintenance, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
    • Ensure the office environment is clean, professional, and welcoming.
    • Manage the scheduling and coordination of personal appointments for the founders, including medical, dental, and other personal commitments.
    • Handle car maintenance tasks such as scheduling service appointments, managing repairs, and ensuring regular maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations. Coordinate car washes and detailing, ensuring vehicles are kept in pristine condition.
    • Run miscellaneous errands, including picking up dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and other personal shopping as requested.
    • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

WHAT DOES THE HIRING PROCESS ENTAIL:

    • Stage 1 (Recruiter Screen) - After you submit your application, our talent recruitment team will review and reach out to candidates. During this 20-30 minute phone call, we’ll discuss your career journey and professional motivators while learning about GR0 overall and the Creative Producer opportunity.
    • Stage 2 (Hiring Manager Interview) - In this stage, you will meet with the hiring manager to discuss your experience and approach to executive assistance and administrative tasks. We will explore how your skills align with our current needs and projects. Additionally, this is a chance for you to learn more about our team's workflow and the types of responsibilities you would be handling.
    • Stage 3 (Leadership Interview) - The next video interview with our Leadership Team will involve 30 minutes of diving deeper into the GR0 processes, tools, core values, and company roadmap.
    • Stage 4 (Co-Founders Connect) - The last conversation of the interview process is always a chance for you to connect with our CEO and Co-Founder, Kevin Miller, and our President and Co-Founder, Jon Zacharias.
    • Stage 5 (Offer) - If a #GR0mance has brewed, we will make you a competitive offer and hope you’ll accept!
