THE OPPORTUNITY

GR0 is seeking a charismatic and dynamic Enterprise Account Manager, Client Activation to join our growing omnichannel marketing team. This role is a unique opportunity to manage medium to large omnichannel marketing clients and foster strong client relationships. As part of the Client Activation department, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating internal omnichannel communications, ensuring client goals are being optimized towards and achieved by campaign managers, upselling other GR0 services that will improve brand lift, and maintaining frequent external communication with POC’s regarding status updates and performance metrics. Reporting directly to an Associate Director, Client Activation, you will be instrumental in ensuring industry-high client satisfaction and retention.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Be responsible for the management and nurturing of relationships with GR0’s small to medium spend, omnichannel digital marketing clients.
    • Directly manage client account relationships as the central point of contact where necessary in an omnichannel relationship.
    • Be responsible for leading the conversation surrounding ongoing client campaign and marketing needs, functioning largely as the fractional CMO or CGO for client campaigns under management. 
    • Be responsible for facilitating upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the omnichannel book of business managed by this role, with strong salesmanship.
    • Facilitate internal omnichannel communication to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
    • Other duties as assigned. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

    • 3-5 years of proven experience in account management and client relationship management, preferably within paid media management.
    • Functional understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Demonstrated ability in assurance of multi-party comprehension of communicated initiatives and goals.
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
    • A keen eye for detail with a track record of solutions oriented mindset.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Mastery of third party reporting tools and platforms that enable cross-channel reporting and outcome forecasting.

WHAT DOES THE HIRING PROCESS ENTAIL:

    • Stage 1 (Recruiter Screen) - After you submit your application, our talent recruitment team will review and reach out to candidates. During this 15-minute phone call, we’ll discuss your career journey and professional motivators while learning about GR0 overall and the position.
    • Stage 2 (Hiring Manager Interview) - The first video interview with our GR0 hiring manager will involve 30 minutes of diving deeper into the GR0 processes, tools, core values, and company roadmap.
    • Stage 3 (Department Head Interview) - This will be a 30-minute conversation with our Associate VP, Client Activation. During this time you will answer additional questions and have ample time to ask questions of us.
    • Stage 4 (Co-Founders Connect) - The second-to-last conversation of the interview process is always a chance for you to connect with our CEO and Co-Founder, Kevin Miller, and our Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder, Jon Zacharias.
    • Stage 5 (Offer) - If a #GR0mance has brewed, we will make you a competitive offer and hope you’ll accept!

Total annual salary for this role is market competitive- $85,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience), as well as a competitive commission structure and company stock options.
