We are looking for a passionate Growth Manager to join our Magic Sort team. As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for managing all performance marketing campaigns, working closely with the game studio and marketing teams to drive engagement and user acquisition.

Responsibilities;
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Build predictive models to forecast spend, revenue, and LTV with precision
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth
- Collaborate with the game studio to align marketing efforts with game updates and releases
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for user acquisition and retention
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements;
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in gaming industry
- Experience in data analysis, forecast and campaign optimization
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
