We are looking for a passionate Sr. Game Developer to join our team. We’re looking for an experienced engineer who combines deep technical expertise with game development skills to tackle performance and scalability challenges—especially on Android platforms. In this role, you will identify and resolve complex performance issues, improve core systems, and ensure our games run smoothly across a wide range of devices.

Responsibilities;
- Analyze and optimize Unity mobile games with a strong focus on Android performance
- Develop scalable, maintainable gameplay systems and performance-critical components
- Collaborate with other engineers and product teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Take ownership of performance tracking tools and processes
- Write clean, well-structured, and well-documented code
Requirements;
- 2+ years of experience in mobile game development with Unity
- Deep understanding of low-level performance topics: memory usage, CPU/GPU bottlenecks, rendering pipelines
- Experience with profiling tools
- Solid grasp of software architecture and design patterns
- Passion for problem-solving and making systems faster, smoother, and more reliable
