Grand Rounds is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Employee Experience team as an Employer Brand - Talent Marketing Manager focused on building, maintaining and optimizing the employment brand experience that extends throughout the full Grand Rounds employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving awareness and engagement with our employment brand across multiple online marketing channels as well as offline experiences to attract and retain extraordinary talent to achieve our bold vision. You will develop, test and scale effective digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including website, SEO, social media and display, and will create high-impact, differentiated communications and marketing materials to support recruiting, onboarding and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Marketing (60%)

    • Develop recruitment-focused content and new campaigns to drive awareness and engagement among target candidates across all of our existing digital marketing channels, coordinating with employer- and member-focused Corporate Marketing efforts
    • Design, manage and execute an annual recruitment content and event calendar, coordinating with Corporate Marketing and Employee Experience activity cycles, ensuring alignment with annual business strategy and priorities
    • Identify and evaluate new marketing channels and make recommendations for the optimal online marketing mix/presence to effectively connect with our target market
    • Develop, test (A/B, multivariate, etc.) and scale effective marketing campaigns across digital channels, including but not limited to: website, SEO, paid social and display
    • Leverage analytics tools to establish, monitor and report on per-channel KPIs and measure performance of campaigns
    • Establish and manage budget to drive high ROI for digital marketing efforts; optimize spend and priorities based on robust data analysis
    • Create marketing materials and recruiter resources to support offline recruiting activities as well, including live events and activities that compose the holistic candidate experience
    • Partner with Employee Experience (Recruiting & Employment Brand) as well as our Corporate Marketing team to develop and optimize content (messaging and creative), based on key insights from testing

Additional Employment Brand Marketing (20%)

    • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is reinforced consistently throughout all experiences that touch the employee lifecycle
    • Develop creative and innovative ways to bring the EVP to life for current employees at various stages of their employment journey
    • Inspire candidates and employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying our reach and influence in authentic ways

Additional Internal Communications Support (20%)

    • Develop and deploy content to support internal communications and culture-building efforts that reinforce our EVP and enhance the impact we create through our values-based culture
    • Support internal communications efforts related to Company Meetings, company-wide screens, Grand Central (our Intranet) and more to drive alignment and focus on top company priorities

Role Requirements:

    • 3+ years relevant Marketing, Communications, and/or Employee Experience
    • HR-related professional experience
    • Strong credibility and track record of effectively driving large-scale company initiatives and/or marketing campaigns; in support of key HR and talent acquisition priorities is a plus
    • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, including expertise in analytics, A/B and multivariate testing, SEO, paid social, display and other inbound marketing channels
    • Ability to build and segment Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn audiences using native platform capabilities
    • Working knowledge of web analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics
    • Ability to prioritize and drive multiple simultaneous deliverables through execution with minimal supervision, working effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Intellectual curiosity coupled with a highly analytical approach to assessing what is working and where to drive improved performance
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced work environment
    • Creative, motivated, organized team player with attention to detail and sense of humor
    • Bachelor’s degree required
