- Own Backlog & Sprint Readiness: Maintain a well-groomed Jira backlog that reflects product priorities and technical feasibility. Ensure stories are clearly defined, prioritized, and sprint-ready by refining requirements and removing blockers.
- Lead Agile Team Integration & Story Development: Actively participate in agile ceremonies and serve as the product voice within the team. Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect both user needs and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication: Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and ensure smooth execution. Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress, risks, and timelines.
