GXG is a fast-growing agency at a high-growth tech company, seeking a Data & Insights Consultant tooperationalize, analyze and measure the performance of digital campaigns and user journeysacross multi-channel communications.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for our clients.  
Our Data & Insights Consultants analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess campaign performance and audience behavior, which they build into custom reports and dashboards that communicate insights clearly and effectively. You will develop data-driven narratives aligned with our clients’ digital communication goals and provide actionable recommendations that enhance outreach strategies and improve user experience. 
 
Strong candidates arestrategic thinkers with a passion for understanding customer behavior and proficiency in interpreting data from email, web, social media platforms, and client systems. Candidates should have experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on how best to demonstrateimpact to our customers.  
 
Top candidates are both analytical and creative, comfortable with numbers and storytelling in dashboards, and confident presenting to stakeholders. 

What Your Impact Will Look Like Here:

    • Design and build dashboards and reports that integrate data from multiple sources, presenting a cohesive story of campaign performance and user behavior across the full customer journey. 
    • Ensure accurate tracking, quality assurance, and performance reporting across all digital communication touchpoints. 
    • Mine, analyze and synthesize data sources using a variety of tools and techniques to generate clear, objective, and actionable insights, under limited supervision. 
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendor partners, and clients to define reporting needs, operationalize measurement strategies, and drive optimization recommendations. 
    • Present data-driven findings inclear, compelling reports and dashboards tailored for non-technical audiences, including internal stakeholders and client teams. 
    • Monitor and resolve data quality and consistency issues to ensure reliable reporting and analysis.
    • Collecting, compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data relevant to the organization's outreach metrics. 
    • Provide strategic input on analytical methodologies, measurement frameworks, and best practices.  
    • Support internal team efficiency by streamlining workflows and improving data processes.   

You will love this job if you have:

    • Proven experience developing reporting tools and dashboard visualizations;familiarity with tools like Amazon QuickSight and Tableau is a plus. 
    • Skilled in building reports using data from multiple databases and sources. 
    • Strong background in quantitative research and statistical analysis; experience with qualitative research is a plus. 
    • Expertise in analyzing digital communication data, including platforms such as the Granicus family of products, email marketing tools, web analytics, social media, surveys, and other emerging channels. 
    • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives aligned with client goals. 
    • Curious and motivated to stay current with trends in data analytics and the public sector. 
    • Comfortable leading client-facing workstreams focused on reporting and dashboarding. 
    • Experience and/or enthusiasm for working with governmentclients  
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong data-first mindset. 
    • Be hungry and passionate, thrive on new opportunities, have a collaborative spirit, and be committed to making a difference with communications and collaboration 
    • Passion for public service, citizen engagement, and communication. 
    • 5+ years of digital marketing analysis and dashboard building, working with external customers, preferably in a digital or consulting agency serving government or at a government agency with a focus on large communications programs
