The Senior Digital Media Analyst is a customer-facing role that is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role manages client accounts and campaign portfolios, driving performance marketing initiatives through paid social, pay-per-click (PPC), programmatic advertising, and other digital media channels and/or platforms including TikTok, Spotify, out-of-home (OOH) and more. This position requires strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and client relationship management to deliver measurable results and exceed performance goals.

What your impact will look like:

    • Campaign Strategy & Planning (Daily): Develop comprehensive paid media strategies across paid social, PPC, and programmatic channels based on client objectives, budget, and target audiences.
    • Campaign Execution & Management (Daily): Set up, launch, and manage campaigns in platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic DSPs.
    • Performance Monitoring & Optimization (Daily): Analyze campaign metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
    • Client Communication and Reporting (Weekly): Prepare and present performance reports, campaign insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
    • Budget Management (Daily): Allocate and monitor media budgets across channels, ensuring efficient spend and pacing toward monthly goals.
    • Account Management (Daily): Serve as primary point of contact for assign client accounts, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Cross-Channel Integration (Weekly): Coordinate campaigns across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and optimal audience targeting.
    • Deep understanding of digital advertising auction dynamics and bidding strategies, and provides this expertise in ways that are highly engaging to customers and fellow coworkers.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of audience targeting, segmentation, and persona development.
    • Understanding of attribution models and multi-touch campaign management.
    • Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on digital marketing.
    • Familiarity with marketing funnel optimization and conversion tracking.
    • Knowledge of creative testing methodologies and A/B testing frameworks.

You'll love this job if you have:

    • At least 4-6 years of client-facing, hands-on experience in digital media buying, campaign management and optimization, and digital strategy.
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Act-On, Marketo, etc.) a plus.
    • Proven track record managing monthly paid media budgets of $50k+ across multiple clients and multiple platform.
    • Proven experience with ad and reporting platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Spotify, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
    • Excellent communicator who can effectively interact with team members and customers.
    • Advanced proficiency in campaign setup and management across major advertising platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for client presentations and reporting.
    • Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • SQL knowledge for advanced data analysis a plus.
    • Ability to think strategically while executing tactical campaign optimizations.
    • Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot campaign issues and performance challenges.
    • Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
    • Competency in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Ability to educate clients on paid media best practices and industry trends.
$60,000 - $70,000 a year
