As a Recruiting Coordinator at Granicus, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic recruiting organization, collaborating closely with our team of recruiters to drive our talent acquisition efforts forward. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating interviews, managing candidate relationships, and supporting various recruiting activities while also contributing to the sourcing and full-cycle recruiting process. Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate a high volume of phone, video, and eventually in-person interviews for candidates, prioritizing speed and efficiency.
    • Support the recruiting team with updates on candidate activity, sending new hire paperwork, completing background checks, and more.
    • Take the lead on scheduling recruiting events and managing all subsequent activities involved.
    • Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and email.
    • Facilitate post-interview debrief meetings and provide necessary debrief materials to stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records in our recruiting systems.
    • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Learning & Development team to create onboarding schedules for new hires.
    • Communicate professionally and uphold a high level of confidentiality at all times.
    • Identify opportunities for enhancing candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
    • Assist in coordinating various other recruiting activities as needed.

What Your Impact Will Look Like Here

    • Sourcing and Full-cycle Recruiting: Design and execute customized, full-cycle staffing plans from entry-level to executive-level, utilizing innovative techniques to engage high-quality, diverse, and passive candidates. Implement social media campaigns, innovative events, Boolean searches, and open networking to successfully source passive candidates.
    • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key cross-functional stakeholders, providing effective guidance to aid in candidate selection decisions.
    • Documentation and Report Generation: Effectively leverage technology, including our ATS, to recruit, screen, and schedule candidate interviews. Provide weekly updates to the recruiting team and leadership, reporting, analyzing, and presenting data to all stakeholders. Serve as an expert user of our ATS and provide guidance on its effective utilization.

    • Demonstrated focus on providing exceptional customer service.
    • A team player with a knack for introducing innovative ideas.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
    • Preferably, have 1-2 years of experience in scheduling and supporting recruitment activities.
