The Sales Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our sales leaders through data-driven decision-making and insights. This position involves, creating Salesforce dashboards, reviewing sales pipeline attributes, and some data cleanup. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales data analytics and a strong understanding of sales operations within a software or SaaS environment. This role will involve partnering with sales leaders to strategically analyze data and provide sophisticated insights that drive informed decision-making and enhance sales performance.
What Your Impact Will Look Like Here
- Maintain and ensure the integrity of sales data within Salesforce.
- Perform data cleanup and validation to support accurate reporting.
- Develop and manage Salesforce dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Review and monitor sales pipelines to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to provide clear visibility into sales performance across various dimensions (e.g., product, region, segment, rep).
- Proactively analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and communicate actionable insights to Sales leadership and other stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and support strategic decision-making.
- Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales data analytics or sales operations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Experience in a software or SaaS company.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong proficiency in data analysis.
- Understanding of SaaS sales processes and pipeline management methodologies.
