Granicus is hiring a Technical Implementation Consultant role for the customer engagement arm of the Granicus’ OneView product family. This role is a key member of our government software Implementation Services (IS) team. This highly visible role helps existing and new customers transform their Customer Request Management experience through the configuration of the OneView software platform for their specific needs.

As a Technical Consultant, you will be an expert on the OneView Platform and a key partner in the successful implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects for new clients and existing customers upgrading or adding to their system. Technical Consultants will collaborate with Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to work with our most established public sector clients in both North America and Latin America to ensure they are maximizing their use of Granicus SaaS (Software as a Service) products

Expert product knowledge, attention to detail, versatility, and enthusiasm for client success are cornerstones for this role. Candidates should bring a consultative approach and a "whatever it takes" attitude to ensure client success.
During customer implementations, your role will collaborate with key OneView Team Members to ensure the customer is provided with an implementation best suited for them.

PLEASE NOTE - You must reside in Costa Rica to be considered for this position. Candidates living in other countries cannot be considered at this time.

What your impact will look like here:

    • Manage multiple Granicus projects on schedule and with high quality from kick-off to launch.
    • Maintain project plans including status, issues, and opportunities for assigned implementations.
    • Advocate and evangelize "best practices" to ensure long term success and value for Granicus clients.
    • Ensure implementations meet client specific missions and solve core challenges around digital communications.
    • Facilitate online client training.
    • Customize, Configure and deploy the OneView and related software platforms for local, county and state clients.
    • Work directly with Project Managers and Implementation Consultants for the implementation of our OneView Products as needed for specific technical items. 
    • Work directly with customers on issues or implementation matters.

You'll love this job if you have / can / are:

    • Programming Knowledge in JavaScript, .NET (C#) & SQL
    • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Knowledge on Relational Database(s)
    • 2+ years of experience working in software configuration and development, specifically with Implementations
    • Work with multiple cross-functional teams to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions.
    • Work both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams, some remote
    • A basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn innovative technologies. 
    • Passionate about the User Experience and helping customers.
    • A relentless commitment to doing the most valuable work first.
    • A record of accomplishment of functioning well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing demands.
    • Excellent communications skills – listening, verbal, and written.
    • Ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results.
