The HR Generalist will be responsible for partnering with the HR team to provide general support to the daily operations of the global HR department. Participates in a variety of HR responsibilities and projects to elevate HR processes and enhance the employee experience.  This generalist will provider administrative support in the onboarding/orientation processes, employee engagement, policy implementation as well as overall HR projects.

What your impact will look like here

    • Manage employee inquiries including policies, procedures and general HR practices.
    • Partner with the HR global team to assist in general HR projects
    • Administer the leave of absence process in partnership with other HR Generalists for leaves globally
    • Coordinate and implement process audits and HR process improvements
    • Support with the coordination of company meetings and employee activities
    • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Support employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events including the quarterly engagement survey, recognition platform and case management tool
    • Organize, update, and audit employee file documentation and related initiatives. 
    • Perform orientations, onboarding and new hire check-in. 
    • Draft, revise, and format HR-related documents including presentations, policies, and internal guidelines. 
    • Perform administrative duties, as applicable. 
    • Support the HRBP team by gathering and summarizing HR data to provide insights on key areas such as engagement, training, and compliance. 
    • Partner with HRBPs to conduct, record and evaluate exit interviews.

    • Experience/Credentials:
    • Minimum of three (3) years HR experience in a global organization
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
