We’re looking for a Manager of Training & Knowledge Management. Your primary responsibilities include expanding the existing Gravie training programs to meet the growing needs of Health Plan Administration.  In addition, you will begin to design a knowledge management program that is centered around consistency, accuracy and meeting the needs of the intended audience.  This role will require a variety of coordination with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver products that support the needs of Health Plan Administration. 
 
You Will:
·      Develop and promote a Knowledge Management and Training program.  This will include process and workflow design with the goal of training all new hire employees for our Gravie Care teams and providing the resources needed to support their daily job requirements.
·      The goal of Knowledge Management is to facilitate the capture of internal knowledge throughout the lifecycle of information.  You will be establishing the cadence for initial information and process documentation through to cyclical review of information for accuracy and operational updates.
·      Lead the design, development, and implementation of various Knowledge Management (KM) strategies. 
·      Build and maintain an ongoing “Continued Education” program that includes elements that includes but not limited to funneling multiple sources of training needs into a single source, prioritizing needs with a multi-user committee.
·      Design and manage the yearly roadmap for the Gravie training team.  Provide direction to the training team for creating and updating content for onboarding, new hire, and ongoing training curricula.
·      Develop a strategy to ensure accuracy and accessibility to KM documented processes, tools, and job aids with high quality standards in place. Coordinate the processes for drafting, subject matter expert reviewing, and publishing of all content.
·      Responsible for the look and feel of the training content and resources utilized across multiple organizations.  Consistency is key in producing a program that will embody the Gravie way of doing business.
·      Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented.
·      Oversee and guide a team of 5-10 trainers in executing training programs organization-wide, managing strategy development, execution, and assessment, while fostering collaboration to identify needs and equipping trainers for success.
 
You Bring:
·      You have a high level of experience (5+ years) in a similar or relevant role, developing, and executing learning, product, and knowledge management programs for a high growth tech startup, Healthcare Industry experience.
·      Demonstrated expertise in training leadership with direct management of trainer teams, showing a history of developing effective programs, improving team performance, and boosting learning results.
·      Highly motivated and flexible in the face of ambiguous and complex problems, taking an adaptive and open-minded approach to new challenges. Able to seamlessly alternate between various tasks and roll with the punches when things change.
·      Outcomes focused mind set to determine and deliver an effective knowledge management program.
·      Always focused on key stakeholders to produce a high-quality Knowledge Management and Training Program.
·      Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a knack for communicating and collaborating across multiple teams and projects.

·      Previous startup company experience
·      Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Lessonly, Guru or another similar tech is a bonus.
