Gravie is growing! The newly created Vendor Oversight Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring the relationships and performance of vendors or third-party suppliers the organization works with to ensure that they deliver high-quality services on time and within budget while minimizing risks. You’ll do this by establishing a framework of processes/procedures, templates, and reporting capabilities with which the organization will understand the current state of vendor relationships, contract/regulatory adherence, SLA performance, and cost and risk management.
 
You Will:
·      Build and maintain positive relationships between vendors and business owners, acting as the main point of contact for vendor communications, facilitating resolution of conflicts or disputes, and fostering collaboration to achieve mutual goals.
·      Establish monitoring for the performance of vendors to ensure they meet service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, delivery schedules, and other performance metrics. 
·      Monitor vendor costs and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings or efficiencies, and optimizing vendor contracts to achieve value for money.
·      Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, such as financial risks, cybersecurity risks, regulatory risks, and operational risks. Developing risk management strategies and contingency plans as needed.
·      Ensure familiarity with contracts with vendors, including reviewing and negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and participating in contract renewals and terminations.
·      Deliver vendor scorecards on a regular cadence both internally and to vendors to ensure alignment and transparency for both organizations.
·      Manage and lead employees to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
 
You Bring: 
·      Minimum of 5 years’ experience in vendor management/oversight, procurement, supply chain management, or a related area within an operational or clinical healthcare setting.
·      Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with vendors, represent organizational understanding of contract terms, and resolve issues.
·      Ability to analyze vendor performance data, financial reports, and risk assessments to make informed decisions and recommendations.
·      Proven skills in project management to oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics.
·      Ability to identify and address issues or challenges that arise in vendor relationships, such as quality issues, delivery delays, or contractual disputes.
·      Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
·      Previous leadership experience.
