Gravie is growing!  We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to serve to lead performance improvement projects that improve the efficiency, speed and quality of Gravie’s health plan operations.  This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing business processes, and ensuring successful delivery of performance improvement projects related to claims processing, data integration, financial and operations analysis, financial management, process automation, customer service, and software/service implementation.
 
You will:
·  Invest in learning about Gravie’s products and services to develop a functional and technical understanding of Gravie’s business operations and economics.
· Support medium to large, complex enterprise funded projects that impact operations
· Lead small to medium cross-functional department sponsored projects to complete a framework of deliverables to include policy, process, procedures, testing, and training
· Analyze, evaluate, and document business processes using process improvement techniques (e.g. six sigma)
· Request and analyze data to baseline process metrics (focused on time, quality, and cost) and project how improvements will impact them; deliver process monitoring capabilities to business owners
· Create, maintain, and prioritize a roadmap of automation opportunities
 
You Bring: 
·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technology focused environment,
· 5+ years of substantial experience in healthcare operations or healthcare business analysis and project management.
· Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze/translate data; intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
Extra Credit: 
· Previous experience working for a startup
· Knowledge and understanding of SalesForce capabilities
· Use of Lucid Chart and mapping processes
· Knowledge of Jira software and agile capabilities
· Project Management and/or Scrum Master Certification
· Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
