A Little More About The role:
We’re looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to provide technical leadership in the Salesforce technology domain. It will be essential to learn how the business is doing their work so we elevate their capacity to serve more customers. We are B2B Marketing and Sales and B2C Service, so having a variety of experience implementing solutions will ensure your success. Hands on experience building prototypes and proof-of concepts in Health Cloud and OmniStudio components will a big part of your work. We all dig into production issues to resolve issues for our users who work in all aspects of the Salesforce Quoting, Clinical Documentation, Case Management, and Lead Management solutions.
You will:
● Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to define technical scope for prototypes that accelerate solutions.
● Deliver solutions and designs in Health Cloud Group Benefits and Administration, Vlocity components, Service Cloud, Health Cloud Care Management, and Scheduling.
● Demonstrate strategic thinking when making data model and security model changes so they align with Master Data Management, Data Governance, Security and Compliance guidelines and standards.
● Be skilled at written and oral communication because you are a key point of contact for a variety of business, operations, and technical coworkers.
● Listen and ask specific questions so you can quickly understand the problems that customer, members, and coworkers are facing.
● Identify the gaps between the business process and standard or custom process in Salesforce so you can provide solution options and recommendations to leverage standard Salesforce features whenever possible.
● Love documentation because teams will be off and on-shore. Processes and standards need to be established and maintained to ensure all team members are empowered to make the best design decision they can.
● Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented.
You bring:
● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
● 7 years of substantial experience in delivering Salesforce solutions with large teams
● Health Cloud experience
● Strong general business acumen
● History of managing complex processes and solutions for multi-layered projects
● Excellent communication skills
● Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration
Extra credit:
● Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder Certifications and Health Cloud Specialist Superbadge preferred
● Experience with these tools: Copado, Conga, Agiloft, Own (formerly OwnBackup), OwnSecure
● Salesforce Solution Architect or Copado Fundamentals I certifications preferred
● Previous experience in healthcare or insurance industries
● Previous start up company experience
