Hi, we’re Gravie. Our mission is to improve the way people purchase and access healthcare through innovative, consumer-centric health benefit solutions that people can actually use. Our industry-changing products and services are developed and delivered by a diverse group of unique people. We encourage you to be your authentic self - we like you that way.

A Little More About Us:
·       We know healthcare. Our company was founded and is still led by industry veterans who have started and grown several market-leading companies in the space.
·       We are quickly becoming one of the fastest growing health benefits companies in the country. We have received numerous awards and accolades, including Inc. Magazine Best in Business Gold Medal award in 2021, and JMP Securities Top 50 Private Companies in Insurtech in 2022.
·       We have raised money from top tier investors who share the same long-term vision as we do of building an industry defining company that will endure over the long run. We are well capitalized.
·       Our customers like us. Our revenue churn is in the low single digits, in an industry where greater than 20% churn is common.
·       Our culture is unique. We tend to be non-hierarchical, merit-driven, opinionated but kind people who thrive working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment. People at Gravie care deeply about making a positive impact in the lives of the people we serve. We may not be the right place for everybody, but if you get energized by doing work every day that focuses on putting consumers at the front of the line, we could be a great place for you. It takes unique people and diverse perspectives to deliver our results. We encourage you to be your authentic self – we like you that way.

A Little More About The role:

The successful candidate will have demonstrated use of program management frameworks and tools to deliver complex programs on tight timelines. The ideal candidate will need to learn how ICHRAs work and apply that knowledge to ensure delivery of a bar-raising customer experience.

You will:
·       Create and manage the program schedule across ICHRA product, tech, finance, support, carrier relations, sales, account management, and operations projects for OE 2024.
·       Bring a deep understanding of the desired end-state experience we are working to build and work with cross-functional teams to look around corners to predict potential issues or problems, mitigate them in advance where possible, and solution against both individual and systemic customer problems in partnership with key stakeholders. Problems could be customer-focused (e.g., related to member applications or payments, invoice tracking for employers) or internal (e.g., helping to manage the impact of changes or scope trade-offs, or meeting target wait times for customer service).
·       Identify program dependencies between ICHRA teams as they relate to different product initiatives.
·       Proactively manage ICHRA program risks and dependencies across projects and work with cross-functional leaders to develop solutions to ensure timely and effective implementation of new ICHRA product offerings and new operational workflows
·       Partner with Operations in developing ICHRA carrier database and toolset, and maintaining it. This could include establish a RACI or helping to define SOPs and process improvements for how teams will use the tools.
·       Oversee the day-to-day management of the ICHRA budget.
·       Manage ICHRA reporting and stakeholder communications.
·       Own development of documentation of ICHRA processes and procedures, including SOPs and other documentation.
·       Oversee and plan the change management required for any new product initiative and operations projects

You bring:
·       5+ years of program management experience, preferably in health tech, insurtech, or fintech.
·       Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple dependencies.
·       Strong understanding of ICHRA products and the regulatory environment.
·       Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills.
·       Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
