A Little More About the Role:
We are growing! In this newly created role, we’re looking for a Broker Sales Manager. This position has the primary responsibility for the development, growth and management of Gravie’s Health Insurance solutions through Broker Dealers, Brokerage General Agents (BGA), and strategic partners. You’ll report to and partner closely with a Vice President to lead Gravie’s growth in the region.
 
You Will:
·       Drive efforts to develop and secure new relationships for the purpose of selling Gravie solutions.
·       Create new and nurture existing broker and agency relationships.
·       Help develop and execute a sales plan and strategy that will provide sustainable growth and assure that revenue goals are met and exceeded on a yearly basis.
·       Partner with internal teams (marketing, operations, other sales leaders) to set up and refine the resources and processes needed for a successful broker program.
·       Work to understand industries and open market segments that align with Gravie's products and services, company needs and requirements.
·       Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative and outcome oriented.
·       Travel as required within the territory.
 
You Bring:
·       A bachelor’s degree
·       At least 5 years of sales experience selling solutions to or through brokers or agencies, with a proven track record of growth and success
·       A strong understanding of self-funded health insurance products
·       Self-motivated with relentless drive for success
·       Ability for make connections with people easily and build trusting, long lasting relationships
·       High energy, excellent coaching ability

·       Previous experience with a start-up
