About the Job
Gravis is building the future of construction, and we’re looking for a marketing innovator to craft and share our brand story globally.  You will help shape our identity and voice, with a creative attention to detail that ensures consistency in our content, campaigns, and collaborations.  We want to develop meaningful ways to find and connect with customers, which include global construction and engineering firms, and the project management and construction crews that are our end-users.
You will partner with our engineering, design, and leadership teams to develop a keen awareness of our long term product arc—enabling the creation of a forward-facing strategy that connects our ambitious visions to culture and customers, with the goal of making the Gravis name synonymous with heavy robotic construction.  In this role, you’ll develop programs for us around multiple channels of outreach (social, traditional, experiential) to engage diverse and high value audiences.  At the same time, you will create a framework for understanding and improving the efficacy of these initiatives through careful KPIs.  As a key team-member in a scrappy and fast-paced startup, you will need to bring a broad perspective and vision, while also having the attitude, skills, and follow-through to bring your ideas to life.


    • University degree in Marketing Communications or related disciplines
    • Passion for understanding and aligning with consumer segments and driving consumer engagement
    • Bootstrapping mentality for creating a compelling communication strategy
    • Experience in building productive, cross-functional, and agile working relationships, both internally, and with external partners such as creative agencies, contract partners, and freelancers
    • Track record in driving awareness and shaping perception for a global B2B brand
    • Deep knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, including analytics, digital marketing (social media, SEO/SEM, CRM), paid media, and events (trade shows)
    • Experience in marketing for the technology, robotics, heavy equipment, or construction sectors is a plus
