About the Role
 
As a founding member of the SDR team, you will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and learn new skills to help grow your career. Our work environment is transparent and friendly. If you're a creative and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) and excited to become an expert on all things GRAX, we'd love to meet you.
 
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for outbound B2B prospecting, cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, and conveying GRAX's value proposition to potential net-new customers to meet and exceed your monthly activity and opportunity creation goals.
 
As the first human interaction that our future customers connect with you will conduct initial qualification calls to determine a prospect's current environment, pain points, challenges, and upcoming projects. Your work will help us build our sales pipeline by converting qualified leads into scheduled discovery calls for our Account Executive team through outbound outreach.
 
 
In the first 3 months you will:
 
      Have a strong understanding of GRAX and feel comfortable pitching our product to prospects from self-sourced efforts
      Meet weekly with your manager, and peers to become an expert on the product and talk track
      Continue growing your knowledge of our industry and GRAX’s competitive advantage
      Consistently meet or exceed your outbound activity goals and ramping opportunity quota
      Become an expert on internal tools and processes
In the first 6 months you will:
 
      Consistently meet or exceed your opportunity quota
      Continue to focus on your activity KPIs
      Assist in the development of best practices for sales development
 
 
Within the first 12 months you will:
 
      Be seen as a trusted business advisor and GRAX expert, making a significant impact on the sales development team
      Be considered a top-performing Sales Development Representative on the team by consistently outperforming your activity and opportunity creation goals
      Work with sales to help create new outbound campaigns to drive sales pipeline
      Set an example for new hires, and assist in training, onboarding, and motivating new GRAXers
 
 
Required skills and experience
 
      0 - 3 years of relevant sales experience in the technology / SaaS space or a recent college graduate
      Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      Effective problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
      Highly motivated, resilient, and ‘self-starting’ individual
 
 
Bonus points if:
 
      You have been a Sales Development Representative
      Experience using Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, or a similar sales engagement tool
      You have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
      You’re experienced prospecting into companies with 500 plus employees
      You’re experienced running calls by video (Google Meets, Zoom, etc.)
