Here's our challenge: we’ve been dealing with revenue operations on an as-needed basis, and we need a full time expert to scale it. We need someone with Salesforce expertise that’s also a strategic thinker – someone who can act as the conductor between sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships.
 
Here are some key functions you’ll perform in this role:
 
• Being our Salesforce administrator
• Managing a roadmap of Salesforce projects
• Building reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships clearly demonstrating most impactful KPIs
• Building and maintain systems that allow sales and customer success to collaborate on upselling
• Build and maintain systems that allow partnerships and Sales to collaborate on closing business
• Help build forecasts & reporting used for our financials
• Become the “fixer” for the revenue side of Grayscale
• Manage Sales- and Customer Success- based commission reporting
 
Top qualities & experience we’re looking for:
 
• You’re a tinkerer who loves solving problems for all parts of the business
• An expert in Salesforce and Google Sheets / Excel
• You won’t need to have all the answers, but we’ll need you to learn quickly and have an understanding for how to build systems that scale
• You work well cross-functionally
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• A strong instinct for how to build processes that are easy for others to follow (keep it simple)
• Highly organized and strong time management skills
• Ability to work well and manage projects independently (we're strongly anti-micromanaging)
• Experience with tools like Zapier is a plus
• Strong understanding of KPIs across different go-to-market functions and how they are interrelated 
• Salesforce Administrator preferred
