To help support our expansion to Bengaluru, India, we are hiring our first ever Office Manager. In this role you will be responsible for keeping our Bengaluru office operating efficiently and supporting current and future employees experience. This role offers a lot of opportunity to build and foster our Greenlight culture in a brand new office space. This person will play a crucial role in helping coordinate logistics to support employees and visitors.

What you will be doing:

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including ensuring that supplies and equipment are ordered and maintained, scheduling maintenance and repairs as necessary, and monitoring office expenses.
    • Develop and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring that they are communicated to all staff, and that they are followed.
    • Manage office budgets including tracking expenses, ensuring that expenses are within budget, and making recommendations for cost savings.
    • Coordinate and plan office events, including staff meetings, conferences, and other special events.
    • Manage office communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, and ensuring that communications are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
    • Oversee office technology including computers, software, and other equipment, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including employment laws, health and safety regulations, and other relevant legislation.

What you should bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and reports.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Knowledge of office procedures and best practices.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
