We’re looking for a Creative Operations Manager to oversee production and operations of a wide range of creative projects across Marketing. You'll serve as the operational backbone for the Brand team — driving clarity, accountability, and momentum from project kickoff through final delivery. As the strategic executor who bridges creative vision and operational excellence, you'll partner closely with creative leadership to transform big ideas into actionable plans while managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables with precision.

Your day-to-day:

    • Act as executional partner to creative and strategy leads, translating high-level objectives into actionable project plans for both in-house creative and external production.
    • Oversee pre-production and post-production processes both internally and with external agencies and or partnerships.
    • Lead end-to-end project management across multiple creative workstreams, from initial scoping through final delivery, acting as an executional partner to creative and strategy leads.
    • Develop comprehensive project timelines, tracking key milestones and dependencies to ensure on-time completion. You're detailed-oriented, organized, and accountable to yourself and others.
    • Maintain and refine project management systems, developing new resources and processes to continuously improve creative operations, building systems and leaning on ai automation when needed.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback cycles while maintaining creative integrity, and holding team members accountable. You are intuitive enough to know when and how to break protocol.
    • Create and oversee project budgets, tracking actuals and forecasting potential overages in partnership with creative and marketing leadership.
    • Facilitate effective meetings, documenting agendas and outcomes, and driving follow-through on action items.
    • Allocate resources strategically to optimize project flow, coordinating freelancer and vendor payments, and managing invoice processing.

What you’ll bring to the team:

    • 3+ years of creative project management experience at agencies, in-house teams or similar environments
    • Pre and post production experience, both in-house and with external agencies
    • In-depth understanding of creative and marketing processes at an omni level
    • Proficiency in creative workflows both internal and external with varied experience managing brand marketing projects (photoshoots, OOH, CRM, motion, short form content, etc)
    • Experience operating successfully in time-sensitive, ambiguous environments with strong problem-solving capabilities
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to clarify complex information and maintain team alignment
    • Strong organizational systems and time management, balancing strategic oversight with detailed execution
    • Experience managing a digital asset management system
