We’re looking for a strategic builder to join our Innovation Team who thrives in ambiguity, rallies teams, and turns zero-to-one ideas into live products. You’ll scout, size, and validate new concepts, craft business cases, and guide cross-functional squads from sketch to pilot. This team plays a critical role in unlocking new ways to bring families into the Greenlight ecosystem through customer discovery, rapid experimentation, and visionary product management.

You’ll identify and validate new product concepts that expand Greenlight’s customer reach and value proposition while leading early-stage strategy, building business cases, and guiding cross-functional teams from concept to pilot. You'll evaluate fit, impact, and feasibility, influence build vs. buy decisions, and lead early testing with Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Strong AI fluency, data literacy, and comfort with LLMs or No-Code tools is needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Own an innovation pipeline sourced from internal insights, partner bets, and market signals while prioritizing by impact, effort, and strategic fit.
    • Size new opportunities (brand fit, TAM, customer value, P&L impact) and drive go / no-go calls.
    • Shape early concepts with user journeys, tech feasibility, legal / compliance guardrails, GTM angles.
    • Lead build-vs-buy decisions; steward resources toward the highest-value experiments.
    • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to run rapid tests (positioning, channel mix, sales assets).  
    • Define success metrics; review results fast, then double-down, pivot, or stop.
    • Keep leadership and peers aligned through crisp updates and clear asks.

What You Should Bring

    • 5+ years each in product management, business development, and innovation / startup roles.
    • Fluency in AI: No-Code tools, prompt engineering and LLMs, understand ML, NLP, computer vision.
    • Strong data chops—able to pull, analyse, and turn signals into decisions.
    • Ability to thrives in fast, iterative 0→1 zones; bias for action and clear communication.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong bias toward action.
    • MBA and/or Masters in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Our stance on salaries:
Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive.

The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $150,000 - $195,000
The estimated base pay range for this position in (CO): $150,000 - $185,000
