This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in high-impact, very cross-functional environments, and who approaches problems in a data-driven way while also considering user experience and behavior. You’ll be at the center of growth, collaborating with many different teams - Product & beyond - to optimize the first critical moments of the user journey. The ideal candidate will have experience with experimentation and quickly iterating on tests.

    • Measure and iterate - Identify your goal and metrics to drive prioritization and timely delivery of products and experiments. Develop a set of KPIs and reporting and analytics to monitor, and report product trends. Quickly iterate based on insights from your analysis to continuously improve upon your KPIs.
    • Dig deep, ruthlessly prioritize - Tear down competitor products, dive into internal consumer data, conduct and leverage user research, and juggle priorities from multiple stakeholders to gather evidence that informs your priorities.
    • Communicate impact and challenges –  Regularly share progress, key insights, and blockers with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment, transparency, and support for the registration roadmap.

What you’ll bring to the team:

    • 5+ years experience as a product manager, with experience with experimentation and with optimizing conversion funnels.
    • Strong communication skills, with experience aligning cross-functional partners and juggling input from multiple stakeholders.
    • Data-driven mindset.
    • Strong executive presence with solid presentation skills.
    • High level of accountability. You identify opportunities for improvement across product, process, communication and take the lead on implementing them.
    • Experience in fast-paced environments where speed and results matter.
    • Creative problem solving skills. You know how to make things happen and figure out workarounds when the team hits roadblocks. You anticipate and plan for potential major problems.
    • Growth and goal-oriented mindset.
