We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team, whose job will be to participate in the analysis and optimisation of our partner's product in line with our company's core competency of collecting, processing, and analyzing data.
Tasks and challenges:
• During the first stage of cooperation (3 months) you will participate in the Discovery phase (reengineering, bug fixіng) in a team consisting of a data architect, data analyst, DevOps, and project manager.
• In the future (from September) we plan to refine and improve the system (and accordingly, expand the team).
Skills and Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in Software Engineering / Data Engineering / Data Warehousing;
• Proficient SQL skills;
• Proficiency in Node js (ideally, but not necessarily), Python, Scala, or a similar programming language;
• Intermediate English level;
• Experience in AWS Cloud;
• Good understanding of traditional and modern Data Warehouse concepts (Data Lake, DWH, Data Mart, Operational Data Storage);
• Proficient understanding of distributed computing principles;
• Good understanding ETL/ELT process;
• Experience in re-engineering and working with other's code (not legacy! startup optimization).

• Offices in the center of Lviv or Kyiv (if you prefer to work from the office);

*Interview steps:
TA - 0,5 - 1 hour (introduction, discussion of your practical experience, etc.);
Test task (2-4 hours);
Meeting and acquaintance with the project architect - 1 hour;
