We are looking for a full stack Product Designer to research, conceptualize & ideate on incubating new consumer products, explore new use cases to extend our health capabilities and iterate on our Greenshield + Web and Mobile App.

 

You will work through the full cycle design process end-to-end from discovery to delivery, including user research to uncover and document user needs, scoping out design requirements, conceptual ideation, prototyping, creating design flows, and testing and iterating quickly to launch.

 

Our Product Designers work as members of cross-functional “pods” where they collaborate closely with a Product Manager and multiple developers to deliver initiatives and add value for our customers. Designers also collaborate outside the pods with other team members to facilitate workshops and contribute to new initiatives.

You’ll join a diverse, growing team of Product Designers from various professional backgrounds that are passionate about solving complex problems, and continuously finding new ways to learn and grow!
