Grizzly is looking for a Content & Experience Strategist to join our Strategy team. This position will play a pivotal role in leading current and future web platform projects, and be an integral part of growing our web and digital capabilities as an agency.
In this role you will work very closely with Strategists, Designers, and Copywriters to lead the research, development, delivery, and measurement approach of customer-centric web and content strategy that delivers value for our clients and their customers. You will be the subject matter expert of the client business who can work as a strong independent contributor on a highly collaborative team.
External (client):-Lead on framing and selling in the approach, tools, and timeline of content and UX projects-Be the expert in the room for all things content and digital experience -Identify new opportunities for Grizzly to provide value to our clients through content and UX-Present insights and artifacts, facilitate workshops, and communicate rationale at each stage of digital engagements, ensuring stakeholder alignment
Internal:-Lead on all research, strategy, development, and delivery of content and UX strategies for digital products and platforms (e.g. websites)-Collaborate with the design and copy team bring your work to life-Lead on the development of user journeys, information architecture, and measurement plans -Create content strategies that increase discoverability, engagement, and clarity to meet our clients needs-Leverage the necessary tools to test and optimize content.-Be the advocate of the user at every stage of the process
The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience in experience strategy and content strategy within digital and design agencies with a focus on large scale web platform projects.
-Experience on complex web projects for clients in the tech, B2B, software, and or healthcare category as well as D2C ecommerce.
-Expertise using Figma -Proven ability to wear multiple hats within a project team as a strategist, content writer, QA/editor, and project manager
-Strategic leadership and collaboration across an interdepartmental internal team, external vendors, and highly complex client organizations
-Proven ability to persuasively deliver single minded and clear insights and recommendations based on data-driven methodologies.
-Hands on experience leveraging tools, research, and testing methodologies including ethnography, quantitative survey design, A/B testing, AI, ML, and content syndication to ensure our solutions are rigorously data backed.
-Experience working on a wide range of content types, formats, and channels (blog, web,video, social)
