Producers at Grizzly manage a diverse portfolio of creative projects and partner relationships, both internal and external, ensuring the seamless production and delivery of outstanding work for our clients. With a focus on collaboration and communication, the Producer reports to the Associate Director of Project Management and works closely with cross-functional agency teams, proactively addressing creative and logistical challenges. A creative problem-solver, highly organized, and passionate about the creative process, the Producer plays a key role in delivering work that is consistently on-time, on-budget, and above all, innovative—ensuring Grizzly's output consistently exceeds client expectations.

About the Role - Project Planning & Execution

    • Develop, execute and maintain project scopes, timelines, budgets and staffing plans from project inception to completion. 
    • Manage a wide variety of creative projects simultaneously, including, but not limited to integrated campaigns, website development, branding, naming, digital content, video and/or photo production.
    • Create and maintain schedules and budgets, securing appropriate internal and external approvals, coordinating action items and communication cross-functionally with all internal teams to maintain workflow through project completion.

About the Role - Internal Stakeholder Management

    • Partner with internal agency teams to ensure the client’s vision is fully realized by strategizing, identifying and solving the client’s implicit and/or explicit business and/or creative problems.
    • Communicate with internal and client teams effectively to ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met on schedule.
    • Key stakeholder in all meetings throughout the post-sale project life - anticipating potential issues during the production phase and proactively providing smart creative solutions.
    • Coordinate and track edit feedback with all project stakeholders.
    • Serve as a guide during brainstorms to ensure ideas proposed are executable.

About the Role - Client Services

    • Collaborate with Client Services to set achievable business goals for clients, ensuring accountability through reporting, analytics, and optimized forward-looking strategies.
    • Review, analyze, and evaluate media output, creative deliverables, research reports, and client data to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives. 
    • Gain a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives, challenges, and market opportunities within their industry. 
    • Partner with the agency team to develop innovative and differentiating products and services that meet client needs. Deliver exceptional service to foster and grow long-term business relationships.
    • Oversee the creation of comprehensive marketing plans and creative briefs. 
    • Manage the initiation of vendor paperwork (e.g., NDAs, contracts, scope requests) and oversee the invoice process.

About You

    • 3+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in a creative agency or production environment. 
    • Client-facing with excellent presentation and communication skills, offering creative business and marketing solutions. 
    • Strong expertise in coordinating creative production with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to delivery. 
    • Proven ability to manage budgets, track progress, and deliver projects on time with exceptional attention to detail and client service. 
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve challenges. 
    • Strong organizational, time management, and meeting management skills, with a strategic mindset for aligning with business needs. 
    • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, adept at working with both internal teams and clients. 
    • Deep understanding of agency functions, industry dynamics, and market trends, with the ability to deliver standout creative solutions.

Additional Details

    • While Grizzly has a remote-first culture, candidate must be located in Southern CA.
    • Flexibility with schedule to meet client commitments.
    • Domestic and international travel may be required, up to 35% if/as needed.
