Rezolve Ai is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our growing Engineering team! We need a results oriented leader that has strong business acumen and technical knowledge to use those skills to deliver quality and timely outcomes. 

What you’ll be doing

Bringing your hands-on, software engineering expertise and understanding of configuration management, continuous integration, test-driven development, DevOps, and other technical practices. 

You’ll facilitate transparency through proactive open communication and recommend improvements to increase team efficiency. You will partner with Development and Product Management to ensure product delivery aligns with strategic priorities, capabilities, and release plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage a diverse team of global software developers, testers and operations engineers
    • Partner with the Product Managers to deliver high quality solutions and product features consistent with our product roadmap and agreed timelines
    • Deliver reliable 24x7 solution operations, meeting business expectations across the application portfolio
    • Serve as a management escalation point during major issues
    • Partner with solution architects to facilitate robust design for new products and features
    • Collaborate with stakeholders such as business teams and product owners in defining roadmap for applications and processes
    • Partner with Security and SRE team to meet SOC external standards, expectations, and certifications
    • Partner with Services team to support implementation and configuration of our products for Rezolve Ai clients
    • Effectively articulate complex problems, concepts, and solutions to varied audiences
    • Drive process improvements in productivity, software quality and reliability
    • Foster a continuous learning culture and a curiosity about emerging technologies

SKILLS YOU ALREADY HAVE

    • 5 years of relevant experience in software development and/or technology infrastructure and operations
    • Proven ability to set direction and inspire team members to engage and deliver on a vision
    • Proven ability to manage solution delivery to defined timelines
    • Broad understanding of the technologies used to build, deploy and operate distributed application systems
    • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
    • Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, documentation, troubleshooting and collaborative problem-solving skills
    • A management style that is collaborative, energetic, and results-oriented
    • Previous hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and motivated by complex technical and business challenges
    • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
    • A can do get it done attitude
