Our company’s marketing team is seeking an experienced and driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead growth and demand generation for our unique talent programs. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with a cross-functional team to establish growth strategies to support our Talent Program revenue goals
    • Identify and scale key customer acquisition channels through continuous experimentation and funnel optimisation
    • Collaboration with the sales manager to identify ways to increase pipeline opportunity from existing customers/accounts
    • Manage SEO strategy & implementation
    • Develop a deep understanding of the jobs-to-be-done, products and the buyer’s journey
    • Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion
    • Optimise & grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimisation and PPC strategyCollaboration with the sales manager to identify ways to increase pipeline opportunity from existing customers/accounts
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement
    • Collaboration with the sales manager to identify ways to increase pipeline opportunity from existing customers/accounts
    • Collaboration with wider business teams to ensure the customer journey is streamlined, consistent and commercially effective
    • Ownership of tracking, monitoring, communicating & achieving key marketing metrics such as - qualified lead generation, pipeline opportunity from existing accounts, CPL, CAC, revenue achieved, retention and attribution

REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ years of experience working in a B2B growth marketing role (these products can have complex sales cycles with many offline touch points so experience in enterprise/corporate solutions is a bonus!)
    • Previous experience working in (or closely with) a sales or account management role is preferred
    • Solid project management skills with a proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Strong growth track record with examples of past experiment wins (and fails!)
    • A T-Shaped Marketing profile - As comfortable with CRO as you are with experiment design, digital psychology and copywriting
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Photoshop & Hubspot
    • Proficient with data analytics
    • Proficient with SEO
