Community feedback enables us to stay at the forefront of what is happening all over the P&C world and to incorporate insights into the design of our platform to be truly customer centric. The Workday Integration Analyst is responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining new and existing integrations. This position will provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, implementing and supporting systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Workday platform
    • Design, develop, and deploy custom integrations, Cloud Connect integrations, Payroll integrations, reports and dashboards using Integration Systems, Studio, EIBs, and BIRT
    • Serve as first point of contact for integration related Workday tickets in ServiceNow
    • Build and maintain reports in Workday to support Payroll, Finance, Legal, People Business Partners and other organizations on a recurrent and ad hoc basis
    • Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to business leaders
    • Actively identify & resolve issues and opportunities for improvement
    • Understand data flows between internal systems and Workday
    • Participate in testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities, including user training along with test scripts and documentation

Required Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or relevant area of study
    • 7+ years of Workday integration and systems administration experience, including implementations
    • Proficiency in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs),Core Connectors, Reporting, BIRT 
    • Proficient in general HR terms and principles and processes including Full Employee Lifecycle, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll etc.
    • Ability to work independently and make sound discretionary business decisions with limited guidance
    • Strong problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
    • Proven history of managing confidential information in a professional manner
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
    • Experience in supporting a global organization
    • Desire to work in a fast paced environment
