We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to own and scale one of our GTM channels end-to-end. This role blends product management, performance marketing, automation, and technical problem-solving to drive high-intent leads (MQLs) through innovative GTM strategies.

Role Overview

    • Owning a GTM channel (e.g., paid ads, organic SEO, partnerships, outbound, affiliates, etc.).
    • Managing ad budgets, experiments, and automation to maximize conversions.
    • Controlling the full lifecycle of leads originating from their channel—across retargeting, nurturing, and conversion strategies.
    • Using tools, automation, and processes to optimize prospect engagement across touchpoints.
    • Identifying the latest trends and cutting-edge marketing technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
    • This role is ideal for technical marketers, growth hackers, ex-founders, or product managers who want to blend marketing, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

    • GTM Strategy & Execution: Design and execute scalable marketing playbooks for your channel.
    • Lead Ownership: Own the entire journey for leads acquired from your channel, ensuring high conversion.
    • Experimentation & Analytics: Run rapid A/B tests, iterate on strategies, and use data to drive decisions.
    • Automation & Process Optimization: Implement scripts, tools, and automation to streamline workflows.
    • Budget & ROI Ownership: Manage paid and organic budgets, optimizing for CAC and ROI.
    • Collaboration: Work with content, design, and engineering to enhance GTM impact.
    • Tech Stack Mastery: Stay on top of the latest marketing technologies to enhance execution.

    • Marketing Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern GTM tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Segment, Retool, Webflow, Meta/Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
