About the Role
We’re looking for a designer who’s excited to work hands on across visual,
brand, and interface design. You’ll be working closely with a cross-functional team across marketing, product, and content — contributing to fast, iterative design work at a fast growing startup. If you love refining the little
details while keeping the big picture in mind, this is for you.
Experience: 1-2 Years
Location: Bangalore (work from office)
Responsibilities
- Designing high-quality interfaces and visual assets in Figma
- Supporting brand development — style guides, landing pages and design systems
- Creating micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience
- Assisting in building and updating marketing websites
- Collaborate with teams to iterate quickly based on feedback and performance
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Figma — you’re comfortable designing UI and manage files
- Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals - typography, color theory, layout, spacing
- Interest in branding and building cohesive visual identities
- Bonus: Familiarity with Framer, After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools for motion design
- Bonus: Experience creating micro-interactions or animated transitions
- A portfolio that demonstrates visual clarity, consistency, and creative thinking
Ideal Profile
- You’re confident in your visual design skills and excited to grow your skillset
- You value hierarchy, alignment, and functional design as much as aesthetics
- You’re curious about how branding, marketing, and product design connect
- You iterate quickly and enjoy working in a collaborative, feedback-friendly environment
- You’re proficient in Figma and have an eye for clean, functional design
- You’re not afraid to experiment with motion or explore new tools
- You’re curious about branding — from logos to full-scale design systems
- You enjoy working on micro-interactions and motion to bring designs to life
- Bonus: You’ve explored tools like Framer, After Effects, Lottie or other motion design tools
- You have a portfolio that shows your skills and thought process
