What You’ll Do

    • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and reach out to potential SMB clients using various channels (cold calls, emails, and social media).
    • Build Pipeline: Generate high-quality leads to fill the sales pipeline and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
    • Personalize Pitches: Tailor messaging to each client’s needs, ensuring a high level of relevance and engagement.
    • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the Account Executives to refine strategies and achieve revenue targets.
    • Track and Report: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, providing detailed insights into lead quality, pipeline health, and progress toward goals.

What We’re Looking For

    • India Calling Experience: 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling, specifically targeting India & US-based clients.
    • B2B SaaS Background: Proven experience in selling SaaS products or services to SMB clients.
    • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to articulate ideas and build rapport quickly.
    • SMB Experience: Experience in working with SMB clients is highly preferred.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
    • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
